RETURN POLICY

At Cute CoCo we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase; if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund. Also, please note that you will be responsible for any postal fees, and all items for returns and exchanges must be in new condition and are inspected upon arrival.  

Sale merchandise, custom-made products and purchases under promotions, accessories and beach towels are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To ensure we offer the best quality product to all customers, please observe that any items returned are in the condition it was received. Products with makeup marks, no hygiene stickers or removed tags will be rejected.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Email your request to info@cutecoco.com with your reason for return. 

 

 2. Return instructions will be replied once receive your request.

 

 3. Ship your item to designated address and give us the documents & tracking number related to the return following our return instructions.

 

 4. Once the package is received your return will be completed in 4-5 business days.

 

All Returns & Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags, sanitary stickers & must be in original packaging.
  • The package must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery.
  • Accessories, beach towels, lingerie and items marked as FINAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue.

 

Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect and process within 4-5 business days to ensure you receive your return/exchange as quickly as possible. To keep you up to date, we will send you an email confirming your return or exchange, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from CuteCoCo.
